We’ll be spending the first half of the summer building up our back squat + bench press strength, then transitioning into front squats + overhead press to finish the summer powerful as hell.
And because life doesn’t stop in the summer, there are TWO tracks: Full Gym + On-The-Go
So whether you’re training at your regular gym, in your garage, on vacation, or squeezing workouts in between summer chaos… you’re covered. 😉
