In this work, I rethink a basic assumption of photography: that the photographer remains unseen.
Using mirrors, I bring both the photographer and the surrounding space into a single frame. Shot on a smartphone, the work reduces photography to its simplest act—the selfie.
Through these “Self-Mirror Portraits,” I explore the relationship between photographer and subject.
