Hey fam, these are the last old clips I have from before my injury. It’s still crazy to think that I didn’t skate for seven and a half months. Honestly, I still can’t fully believe it… but slowly, I’m getting there. I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Today, for the first time, I skated in the streets without fear and limits…Without overthinking. I was just there, feeling completely free. The intensity, the freedom, the love I felt in that moment… words honestly can’t describe it. I still think I need to take it slowly but I couldn’t stop myself today.
This morning I also had an amazing physio session doing plyometrics, and I still can’t believe it, but I jumped with one leg onto the stepper... that felt impossible. Without Meritxells help, I probably wouldn’t even have dared to try, but she convinced me that I could do it. And I did.
I still can’t believe where I am now compared to where I was.
Anyway, it’ll still take some time before I can do these tricks again… but give me a few more months, and I’ll be back ❤️ Also I looove my @riedellroller they are literally the best prettiest and safest skates! Today I felt so secure and stabile. There is no comparison to Riedell💕🛼
