I wanted the diamonds to look like water droplets and I think Natsuko captured this rather perfectly.
In an industry overwhelmed with lab-grown diamonds guised as natural stones, we wanted to address one of the industry's biggest calls of attention; to redirect the awareness back to the magic of mother nature.

When @ak.ok reached out about shooting something with Harperās Bazaar, my first instinct was to retreat. Iāve always been far more at ease behind the lens, shaping and telling other peopleās stories.
But doing this alongside my biological other half (and forever style sister!!) became a way to mark a fleeting moment: our last chapter as the two daughters of the family, before she welcomed her own. For that, Iāll hold this memory close.
