Abit of a delayed appreciation post to let things settle down, but how amazing is my Wife! @lkstrength . The hard work she constantly puts in, in training payed off on Sunday at the @ppcstrengthhq open. Pushing herself week in and week out with 3hr+ training days, managing niggling injuries and hives and still getting the job done. You are always inspiring me to do better. Love you ❤️
First time on the platform. Pretty happy with my efforts. 200kg not quite there today. Had an awesome night. Thanks to Josh and the team @thetribestm for putting on another great event. Thanks to coach Wife @the_life_of_linor for always being by my side and everyone else for their support.
Super proud of the wife yesterday! She has worked so hard doing 3hr sessions , 5 days a week for the last 12weeks and all that work proved it self on the platform! Ticked off all her goals, 9 for 9 lifts, 27.5kg PB and didn’t come last hahah. Love you!
Throw back to last week.. not the most consistent poster. 180kg @69kg . Still heaps to work on with more legs, less back and I need different shoes,. But still happy with this.
It’s probably my skinny legs that doesn’t help me but not a fan of squats. It’s taken some time to get some depth now I just need to get stronger and tweak the technique. 6x80kg top yesterday.
