First Hyrox done 🫡 The real win was making it to the start line tbf! A couple of months ago, I started having some issues with my leg post ACL surgery 🙃 and havent been able to do any real run training. About five weeks ago, I was considering dropping out altogether - but I saw a physio, got a solid rehab plan, and got the green light to give it a go (with a “runs = recovery” approach). So went in with minimal expectation, mainly there for the vibes... Somehow ended up going sub 1:30 which was amazing given the lack of running, and never being a great runner 🥹 Energy on the day was top - shout out to the Posibl gang 🫶 I decided to send it on the row, which left me with a snappy time and station placement 🤓 Its totally irrelevent but also nice to do good at something isnt it 🥲 Stuff im gonna change for next time: • Chalk before the row 🧼 • Actually check my pacing instead of “vibing” the runs 😂 • Actually learn to hit depth in wall balls 💀 • And maybe… train for it 🤷🏼‍♀️ Thinking about doing one 👀? What I have learned in 12 Months - Building an Online Coaching Brand 🧠🌎 Just over a year ago, I took a gamble 🎲 I stepped away from an industry I knew - culture, music, immersive brands - and into one I didn’t : online coaching. It was a total leap into the unknown. But I fully believed in the vision Tarun & Em had for Different Breed Coaching - to create a world class online coaching company, grounded in community, quality, and results 💅 And what a year it’s been 🤯 We’ve built a team of eight, coached 100's of clients in over 25 countries, and developed a service that we’re genuinely proud of - one that combines bespoke coaching, education, and real relationships 💖 As a founder & director, I’ve worn every hat going 🤠 Coach, HR, operations, marketing, strategy, events. It’s been chaotic, fulfilling, really fucking hard at times, but always a dream to work alongside such a driven and visionary team 😍 I’ve realised that being a strategic generalist (a bit of a Swiss army knife) is definitly one of my biggest assets. Here are a few things the last 12 months have taught me business wise: ✅ Build the right team, then back them fully. ✅ Get good mentorship. ✅ Systems matter, but people matter more. ✅ Progress > perfection - always. Spent a good amount of time with a smile on my face ☺️ At one point during the lunges I stopped for a moment to take it all in 🥹 Getting to compete in such a preatigious venue is really cool. Did a silly little hyrox again ✨ Swipe for the most ridiculous race finish. Pro tip would also be if you pick up a penalty before the first station it's easy to catch your name on the board 😅 I wasn't fast this time round, but we got it done and ngl the beauty of repeatable events like this gives a nice check in on where training is at 🏋️‍♀️ Thanks for all the cheers everyone who shouted for me 🫶 It makes a world of difference, esp on those last few runs... Seminar & Send was a massive success 🥳 Workshops, a seminar, and a throwdown to finish things properly ⚡ Tunes from the one and only OKO keeping the energy high all afternoon 😮‍💨 Clients and friends from across the world joined us in Bristol for our first ever in-person event 🏋️ Invite only, this was a chance for our community to come together, hit some mega PBs, and connect with the like-minded legends that make up the Different Breed crew. There's no way these 20 little media rectangles can begin to sum up the time I had in Egypt 🇪🇬 Not even going to try and explain it in detail (would take forever) but it was mainly soul nourishing, friendship maxxing and all round silly fun times. Started off with a beautiful retreat @backtourroots which is run by my long time pal @krusthob 🫶 The people, setting, schedule and food were all amazing AND I got supprised when the one and only @chefsaskiarabbit was there when I arrived (having previously said she couldn't come - sneaky surprise bean😏) Then we ventured onto Luxor as the ultimate quad along with another one of my absolute besties @du1cie 🤩 While I was away I laughed so hard I cried about 6 times. Kirsty, Saskia and Dulcie I LY all so much. Thanks for being both ultimate joy and grounding inspirational pals ❤️ شكراً Take the trip, tell your friends you love them and always try the local cuisine x

When someone offers to take professional videos at 4.30am before your hot air balloon ride in egypt for $30 it is very important that you say yes. 2025 you were exceptionally cute. THANK YOU to every single human who showed up in my life this year. You all brought a specific flavour of sparkle and joy. Friends old and new, I appreciate you all so much. Leant some stuff, gained some new confidence, challenged my perceptions of myself, unlocked some balance and most importantly found some much needed grounding. Going into 2026 with a full cup, overflowing with love and adoration for life. Cant wait to immerse myself in e v e r y damn thing the next year has to offer. P.s I know this is early but apparently I am organised ?! Stay kind, move with integrity and for the love of god just back yourself and do the thing you're scared of xxx

Here for a fun time, not a fast time… but somehow ended up with a fast time 🥹 Four and a half minute PB from my last Hyrox in Cardiff 🙏 Still buzzing about it 🖤 Honestly, I wasnt even sure I was going to race. The last six months of training have been ups and downs, its never linear but I just didnt really feel prepared. I had done zero "hyrox-specific" training. Didn’t touch a sled until a week before, hadnt done a sandbag lunge since the last hyrox BUT I have been consistently training and showing up 🫡 Run club has been amazing - shout out the wednesday track sessions which put me in the bin most weeks but have clearly helped with my running capacity! Had a good old laugh as I made my way round the *single lap course* 😍 Shout out all the amazing support too - you lot make such a difference 🫶 Till next time, stay kind, drink plenty of water, and sign up for that challenge you're thinking about ❤️ x

Growth & Caffine 📈☕️ One giving me the fuel for the other 😂🙏 The last few months have been solid - growth, change, and a whole lot of development across the Different Breed team. We’ve scaled up, brought a new coach onboard, started mapping out our 2026 plans, and there are some seriously exciting things already in motion 👀 Honestly, I’m just really grateful. The people I get to work with day in, day out are unreal. Vegas, pt2 🕺 A festival, a trip to another dimension, getting beaten by pancakes, Cirque du soleil and some pool time. Seeing @panicatthedisco & @blink182 was un-real. Both incredible bands that have had such big imprints on my life.
