If you want stronger Olympic Lifts then focus on these two things 👇 1. Break The Lift Into Pieces đŸ‹ïžâ€â™‚ïž This allows you to practise each part of the movement until you have it mastered. Then once you put it all together the magic happens ✹ 2. Do Pause Reps đŸ•°ïž With pause reps we build not only insane strength, but also control over the barbell. This control will allow you to lift more than ever.

If your joints already move beyond normal ranges, then constantly stretching probably won’t help with your pain or discomfort. ❌ It’s much more likely you will get the relief you’re looking for from resistance training. The right type of strength training actually helps build the stability your body’s been asking for. đŸ€ž Sometimes the missing piece isn’t just more range of motion but rather gaining control over the range of motion you currently have. đŸ’Ș
