@rgabucks Sunday 10am MMA class.
Today we worked on using strikes to create takedown entries and chain into finishes on the wall
3 techniques were:
1. Jab, cross, hook to double leg,
2. Jab to overhand into single leg
3. Body lock drag-down from the wall.
After drilling each techniques 1for1, We worked them in light situational rounds, learning and correcting the details, then finished with 5 x 3 minute sparring rounds.
Really good session and good effort from everyone. Fundamentals win fights. 🦍🥊🤼

SCISSOR SWEEP ✂️🧹
One of the first sweeps you learn but it can be difficult to execute against someone with experience, I like to use sleeve control to threaten the back take which often results in my opponent over compensating and leaving them vulnerable to the simple scissor sweep 🫡🫡🫡
