Oscar winning cinematographer Emmanuel “Chivo” Lubezki teamed up with conservation photographers and the co-founders of SeaLegacy, Cristina Mittermeier and Paul Nicklen, to capture new footage of the endangered Southern Right Whale. Traveling to Western Australia with Sony’s latest Burano digital camera in tow, the trio created the short film ‘The Knowing’ (edited by @rex.lowry ), to bring awareness to the truth about the ocean and our planet’s future.

Ryder Thomas Lowry is 2 years old today. Feels like yesterday that I couldn’t figure out how to install the car seat but in this recent picture I had put his shoes on the wrong feet so I guess not too much has changed. Love this guy more than words can describe, happy birthday Ry!
