AI is moving faster than most people are ready for. The productivity gains are real. But so are the consequences of that productivity. Since the industrial revolution, we’ve used productivity to measure the value and worth of an individual, so it’s no wonder the looming evolutionary threat of AI feels so scary for many modern workers. How do we respond to a future of work where productivity is achieved through agentic AI instead of human effort? As a career and work wellbeing organization, we have thoughts. 👀 Join Re-Work during @torontotechweek Toronto Tech Week 2026 for a curated and honest conversation about where work is heading and what that means for the people doing it. A keynote and facilitated discussion exploring the intersection of AI, automation, and human wellbeing. We’ll get into the big picture and bring it back to what leaders and individuals can actually do to navigate the AI revolution in work, with their humanity (and their teams) intact. Keynote & Moderator: Chantaie Allick, Writer, Storyteller, and Re-Imaginer of Work Panel: ✦ Christopher Wilson, MDes, 2026 Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation Scholar, Artist-Researcher, Speculative and Culture Designer ✦ Janice Liu, Serial entrepreneur and CEO of Mantis Group AI ✦ Saurabh Suri, Founder of Red Brick Labs, building AI agents that automate operations for entrepreneurs and enterprises ✦ Ramona Sartipi, Design Lead for Generative AI at IBM, founder of @joinairess If you’re a leader thinking about how to build a workplace culture that thrives through this transition come join us. 🎟️ Secure your spot at the link in bio.

This is Re-Work in action. Rest, play, and creativity. Together, in community. What we experienced this afternoon was unfiltered magic that helped us shift into who we are becoming. It happened to land on Mother’s Day weekend which was maybe the best gift a mother could give to herself. We spent an afternoon immersing in self-portraiture, visualization, mirror work, and real communal connection. Erin guided us through it all with such care, meeting everyone exactly where they were. And taking us further. We weren’t there to make perfect art. We gathered to use creativity as a portal, to expression, to closure, to what comes next. We said GOODBYE TO THE PEOPLE WE USED TO BE and are so for the care and guidance of @rageflowers to move our community through it. Until the next one ✨

Hi Natasha here! Since 2020, have we had real space to actually process what we’ve been through? That’s what Goodbye To The People I Used To Be gave me. I went to Erin’s workshop in Montreal last year and left four hours later with my brain beautifully empty, the kind of numb that only comes after you’ve actually gone somewhere deep. It was self-exploration in a way I’d never done before. Some of it superficial, some of it deep, some of it abstract. A shared space for releasing the versions of ourselves we’ve outgrown, while honouring who those versions helped us become. We are bringing this to Toronto for you on May 9th. If you’re ready to say goodbye to versions of yourself you’ve outgrown, join us only a few tickets left. Link in @reworkmovement bio.

✨ Open Studio is back ✨ and I’m so excited to bring this one back. Join us April 29 at @issuesmagshop for an evening of creating without pressure or judgment. Doodle. Colour. Write. Or simply sit and be. This is time to explore what inspires you, alongside like-minded folks. Open Studio is a space for rest, connection, and play a communal creative experience. We only have one community guideline: we don’t talk about work. 💛 A portion of proceeds will be donated to Parkdale Food Bank, supporting nourishment and care in our neighbourhood. “Every time I sit down to draw, the answers come.” Goodbye To The People I Used To Be is a 4-hour immersive experience combining self-portraiture, visualization, mirror work, and real communal connection. We’re not here to make perfect art. We’re here to use creativity as a portal — to expression, to closure, to what comes next. A space to acknowledge who you’ve been. And make room for who you’re becoming. Rest, play, and creativity as a path forward — that’s what Re-Work is built on. This is that, in full. Expect colour, snacks, deep moments with yourself, and a room full of people doing the same brave thing. 🗓 May 9th, 1–5pm 📍 New Stadium, 83 Walnut Ave, Toronto 🎟 CA$199 — link in bio

We are grateful to have been invited into this space by @goodtobegoodfoundation . A small, intentional gathering honouring International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month, bringing together women to connect. We felt the power of community in that room, met so many incredible people, and got to share what we’re building at Re-Work. Thank you for having us.
