The Artist Healer. I’ve been calling this part of myself in for two years now, readying myself for this new chapter. The name came to me many months ago while working through The Artist’s Way but I haven’t yet felt confident stepping into it publicly - until now. This phase of my artistry blends my artwork (and yours), with ritual, inquiry and deep exploration. This is art as mirror, art as messenger, art as portal. Art as the channel for birthing ourselves. My Goodbye To The People I Used To Be workshops were a step in this direction. For my birthday, I took it a layer deeper by guiding two rituals: “Embrace The Dark” and “Enter The Light”. The energies, discoveries and conversations were so much more than I could’ve imagined. I can’t wait to experience what this chapter brings next. I see I see I see and I will act on the vision. Were you present? What did you feel? What did you leave with?

HELLO TO WHO I AM BECOMING. Jan 9-11th in honour of my 40th. The exhibit that brought The Archive out of the box and into your hands. The exhibit that brought messages from the beyond. The exhibit that launched The Artist Healer. Yes yes yes yes to this energy. So much more to share. So much gratitude to you all for making this weekend everything and more. All shots from night one captured by the wonderful @cajasko (except the last one of the candles doing their drippy thing 🥀)

Hi Natasha here! Since 2020, have we had real space to actually process what we’ve been through? That’s what Goodbye To The People I Used To Be gave me. I went to Erin’s workshop in Montreal last year and left four hours later with my brain beautifully empty, the kind of numb that only comes after you’ve actually gone somewhere deep. It was self-exploration in a way I’d never done before. Some of it superficial, some of it deep, some of it abstract. A shared space for releasing the versions of ourselves we’ve outgrown, while honouring who those versions helped us become. We are bringing this to Toronto for you on May 9th. If you’re ready to say goodbye to versions of yourself you’ve outgrown, join us only a few tickets left. Link in @reworkmovement bio.

“Every time I sit down to draw, the answers come.” Goodbye To The People I Used To Be is a 4-hour immersive experience combining self-portraiture, visualization, mirror work, and real communal connection. We’re not here to make perfect art. We’re here to use creativity as a portal — to expression, to closure, to what comes next. A space to acknowledge who you’ve been. And make room for who you’re becoming. Rest, play, and creativity as a path forward — that’s what Re-Work is built on. This is that, in full. Expect colour, snacks, deep moments with yourself, and a room full of people doing the same brave thing. 🗓 May 9th, 1–5pm 📍 New Stadium, 83 Walnut Ave, Toronto 🎟 CA$199 — link in bio

Took a big step and put some prints up on the website. ❤️‍🔥 These are all replicas of 4 of the core pieces from the last two years of creation. Fine art quality prints on beautiful, thick paper. Absolutely stunning colours which are true to the originals. I plan to take more steps to add pieces for sale (including originals) on the website in the coming weeks. If you’ve been wanting a Rage Flower in your home, let’s make it happen. ✨/shop✨

Letting the child. 9x12in. Japanese ink. That feeling of surrender that I’ve seen on the look of every parent of a young child. At some point when their kid is going wild (or drawing on their own face with a marker or repeatedly yelling the same line over and over or jumping on the couch after they’ve been told to stop a million times) and the parent is just like “sure, fine, just do the thing.” Sometimes, the child must do the thing. Sometimes, my inner child must as well. In those instances, my conscious adult has only one options: surrender to the process and let her be.
