Join us next Saturday 14th February at Astbury Mere Park Run! Instead of our usual 10:00 meet at Revolve, we’ll be taking our club to Congleton’s Park Run for a 9:00 start! Whether you’re there for a social couple of laps or hoping for a PB, we look forward to seeing you then!

You can’t want the results and skip the work. Its as simple as that. You want to feel stronger? You’ve got to lift consistently. You want to lose the weight? You’ve got to show up when it’s inconvenient. You want to see real change? You’ve got to stick with it when progress feels slow. Everyone wants the transformation. Not everyone wants the Tuesday session after a long day. The early morning when you’re tired. The weeks where the scales don’t budge but you keep going anyway. That’s the difference. Results aren’t built on motivation—they’re built on commitment. On doing it even when you don’t feel like it. On trusting the process when you can’t see the progress yet. Taking on Tatton Park 5/10km! 🌳🦌 🌳 Last week our Revolve Running community took on our second race at @tattonpark by @runthroughuk 🌳 We had a blast! Last week at Revolve Running! @revolve_fitness 🍁 We had our first Beginners Run on Monday at 17:30. This will be continuing weekly for those wanting to start out and build towards their first 5km 🍂 Wednesday night saw our first run in the dark! It was great to welcome some newcomers. Our running club is perfect for anyone hesitant to run alone as we approach darker evenings 🍁 Huge shoutout to Holly for completing her first sub 30minute 5km! 🍂 Saturday morning we took on 8km.
