I met Cleveland artist Hadley K. Conner at an art show at Worthington YARDS and had the chance to take her photo. Conner is a Cleveland-based artist, musician, and educator whose photographic work has been shown locally and regionally for years. She holds a BFA from the Cleveland Institute of Art and a Master of Art in Art Education from the Art Academy of Cincinnati. Conner works with film and traditional photographic processes and has taught photography classes and alternative process workshops in the Cleveland area, including through community programs like those at the Cleveland Print Room.
In addition to her creative practice, Conner has been deeply involved in education, helping students and community members explore analog photography and visual storytelling. It was great to see her creativity on display at the show.
