This is such a delightful little gathering. The intimate nature of the festival encourages a friendly, familial atmosphere that is inclusive of everyone. They are building something really special here, so I felt honored when Ori, one of the organisers, asked if I would like to be official photographer for this year's gathering based on the pictures I took the year previous.
I shot the majority of the festival on Fujicolor C200 film. I can't say I like the quality as much as the Kodak Gold I'd used for 2021's gathering – especially since some image quality is sacrificed when uploading to insta – but I was happy with some of the results anyway and enjoyed a bit of experimentation while I was at it.

People have been asking where my flute came from.
I was wandering through a dark forest, grieving the fact I had no flute skills. Until I saw it: a shiny object half-swallowed by a tree.
It was part of the bark, yet calling out to be taken.
I pulled it free.
The rest is history.

If you didn't know already, PHAT are a local music and events label who are consistently campaigning for (but not limited to) LGBTQ+ rights, inclusivity, improving event safety for female identifying persons, and women's rights; though their influence is far reaching, with the waves being felt at least as far as Ola's homeland of Poland.
