While people may be saying the “heyday” of e-commerce is over, there has been a renewed focus on driving consumer loyalty across categories including beauty, supplements, and apparel. In today’s world, having a sound retention strategy is more important than ever. At
@careandwear , we have been blessed with incredible loyalty and have seen the benefits of a strong retention program play out first hand.
Earlier this week, we took out our passports and brought our first Founders Only event to Brooklyn. We were thrilled to do an official pre-launch event at
@othership Williamsburg, giving founders and executives an exclusive look and tour of the beautiful facility with a special guided session. We were able to experience the true community feel and had everyone buzzing and talking shop, discussing what good vs great looks like in terms of retention strategy in today’s competitive and changing landscape. We all tried to deploy these strategies to keep ourselves warm when jumping into the cold plunge!
While we have never done a hot sauna / cold plunge event before, this event was brought to us by Kyle Standaert and the team at
@retentiondotcom . Kyle has pushed us to do more dinners and helped drive us to host events at the NBA playoffs and then several suites with the Yankees while also expanding our reach outside of NYC with our Miami and LA dinners. We are grateful to them for enabling us to try something unique and drive some great discussions while getting to practice some self-care.
