A new landmark has been approved for the heart of Broadbeach. The Sandpiper site is set to be transformed into 155 OBR, a fifty-two storey residential tower, an elegant form inspired by the gentle contours of the Gold Coast.
The tower’s architecture is contemporary and timeless, defined by soft, flowing edges, a glazed façade, and integrated sun-shading that responds to the subtropical climate. Expansive balconies extend the interiors outdoors, capturing light, breezes, and sweeping views of the coastline and parklands.
At street level, a landscaped forecourt and welcoming lobby create a refined arrival experience, while subtropical planting softens the tower’s edges and connects it to the surrounding precinct.
Congratulations to Polycell and the project team on achieving approval, a significant milestone for a sculptural addition that will enrich Broadbeach’s skyline with a thoughtfully crafted urban presence.
