At “Wayfarer” in Runaway Bay, early-stage precision is setting the foundation for something exceptional.
This image captures the site just after the set-out of 142 screw piers - the beginning of a landmark waterfront project that’s starting to take shape behind the scenes. Even at this stage, accuracy is critical, ensuring every element that follows is aligned for delivery.
Working alongside @sandboxpropertiesgoldcoast , our team is supporting the project from the ground up, bringing clarity and confidence to a complex build in one of the Gold Coast’s most unique locations.

Bennett + Bennett is pleased to have recently assisted with gaining development approval on behalf of our client, Sandt Development, for their new project coined 'Griffin' involving 96 townhouses across 3 stages.
This approval presents as an intricate design evolution from the originating development, involving an overhauled architectural concept. Achieving this approval required a complex detailed planning and design approach. With the bulk of the earthworks & services constructed, completely revisiting the architectural philosophy for the development required millimetre precision to seamlessly integrate these aspects with the revised built form.

From vision to construction - an exciting milestone for the Sunshine Coast. The Crowne Plaza development Ocean Street Maroochydore has officially entered the delivery phase, marking the start of a landmark project set to enhance the region’s tourism and business landscape.
