What becomes possible if we move our booty before we move our booty? Join us for a communal coworking space where we open with a movement practice to get us into our bodies before getting into our divestment/redistribution to-do lists. This space is co-hosted by Art.Coop and Resource Generation’s Solidarity Economy working group and is open to anyone who has some money-moving tasks you want to do while feeling present in community.
• Maybe you want to break through numb dissociation as you feel the aliveness of redistribution?
• Maybe you feel heart broken about the world and need to move some feels then channel that energy into some movement of resources?
• Maybe your financial to-do list has been growing and you want accountability and comradery to take action on that administrative button pushing?
There will be an opening embodiment practice led by Robin and Marina of Art.coop. Then the main room will stay open for co-working (no talking, yes DJ set!) and a break out room where working group members from RG’s Solidarity Economy working group can support you in trouble shooting your tasks if needed. We’ll end by coming back together for a brief shareback and offer accountabilibuddies for any tasks you didn’t finish.

We are just a few days out from May Day, and as an organization, we are committed to No Work. No Shopping. No School.
Building on the fight for the eight-hour workday to the 2006 Day Without Immigrants, May Day has always been about workers organizing together to shift power. This year, we carry that tradition forward with mass protest, and say we should live in a country that puts Workers Over Billionaires.
Amidst the political chaos and continued violence on black and brown people, trans folks, and the use of our taxpayer dollars to fund genocide, we feel clear on what we are asking for this May Day:
- Tax the rich so everyones families, not the fortunes of the few come first.
- No ICE. No War. No private armies to serve authoritarian power
- Expand democracy, not corporate power. Defend free and fair elections.
We are asking you to stand with the working class and pledge to take action on May 1st. Take the pledge to say no working, no shopping, no school here - and find an action near you. Link in the bio.
Deadline extended! Students, apply by May 3rd for RG's 12-month paid Student Organizing Fellowship. Find the full fellowship description and application link in our bio!
Resource Generation and friends! We need your help to keep families together ✊ Join us, supporter Caleb Hearon (@calebsaysthings ), and @power.la on Zoom on April 2nd at 4:30 PT to stop a mass eviction of immigrants from public housing and section 8. Together, we will write public comments to stop a Trump administration rule that will separate families, and increase homelessness nationwide. This strategy has worked once before—and we can do it again, but every person counts. Please share with your communities and RSVP at the link in bio.
The Resource Generation Student Organizing Fellowship is a 12-month, stipended leadership role created to support, deepen, and expand RG’s work on college campuses across the country in our existing chapter regions. Read more about the position at bit.ly/SOFdescription26.
Apply by Friday April 3rd at bit.ly/SOFapplication26
The application for spring HNW Praxis is live! This spring, we will be offering two High Net Wealth Praxis cohorts - both will focus on Transformative Redistribution but one will be through a Solidarity Economy lens.
What is High Net Wealth Praxis? This is a virtual political education program for cohorts of young people with access to more than 1M in liquid assets or with influence over family assets of at least 10M. Praxis is a space to learn and to process where we, as young people with wealth, can thoughtfully respond to this time of vast inequity and deep-rooted injustice, create a redistribution plan, and build active solidarity with poor and working class communities.
High Net Wealth Praxis will run from April 2026-October 2026. The meetings will be biweekly on Zoom for 90 minutes and will be facilitated by teams of current and former RG staff and RG member leaders.
Apply to join High Net Wealth Praxis at bit.ly/HNWPraxis26 by Friday April 3rd!!!

Thank you to all those who signed this letter in support of NDN CEO and Founder Nick Tilsen, as he faces false and inflated charges.
This fight is bigger than just Nick Tilsen. It’s about protecting our people, our right to free speech, and to demand justice & accountability for those harmed, murdered, and incarcerated by the Rapid City Police Department.
We are proud to stand with organizations like @blis_collective , @solidairenetwork , @resourcegeneration , @nativeorganizersalliance , @oweesta.corp , Kataly Foundation, and many others as we remain committed to ending the legacy and ongoing violence of settler colonialism everywhere, for the liberation and healing of all Peoples and Mother Earth.

These are the questions that we ask of ourselves and each other at Resource Generation. Everybody has a place in this movement, and this is the only space for young wealthy progressives who are ready to thrown down and help social movements WIN. We work in deep solidarity with working class movements to build sustainable, well-resourced, and victorious strides in the fight for equality. Are you ready to join us today?
