Our first new recording in nearly a year, Coming Down showcases the developing style and musicianship of a young band.
Recording took place in June at @nucisspace Amplify studio with @chrisbyronaudio who also lent his talents to the mix. Topped off with a master from The Master, Mr. John Keane, Coming Down represents a major step forward for The Regulars.

MAJOR appreciation post for our two guest musicians this Friday at Smith’s. As some may know, The Kid @nick.cosby is currently away on Business all the way up in Ohio. He wishes he could make it, but the rest of us are thrilled to say in his stead we have the Big Hoss himself, Jackson Thompson, of @undergroundspringhouse filling in on the four and five string bass guitar. We will also be joined by our very own red headed stranger Mark Thomas whose fierce slide guitar will be accentuating the evening.
We are thrilled to welcome these two incredible musicians (and pretty good buddies) into the fold for ONE NIGHT ONLY.
This is gonna be a special one in The Journey, we hope you’ll join us and make it even more so.

Less than a week out from our big time gig at @sob.atl and spending some time this morning appreciating the journey we’ve been on already. Our first show at Smith’s was all the way back in 2023, in the smaller, downstairs Atlanta room, and we’ve played there once a year since then to our ever enthusiastic regulars. This time, on our 4th appearance at the venue, we were asked to play in the legendary Music Room.
Time to step it up on all fronts and rise to the occasion!
This is a big moment for the Regs and we’d love for you all to share it with us.
