Iāve taken such a long break from music but itās not at all intentional. These have been winter years, Iāve worked, Iāve loved, and Iāve shed. A chain of never ending inner dialogue about self-whatever have accumulated all my leaves at my feet. And with the arrival of this new year, Iām ready to bury my trauma, bury the things Iāve feared facing, and properly reabsorb them back into the whole of me. 2024 is a spring year, yāall. š± Link in bio.

Finally posting again - Iāve taken some time away from personal projects to build safe spaces for children to explore their creativity with @creatorcamptx and weāve just wrapped up our third year!
I didnāt think weād make it this far, but as we go, we meet more and more people who resonate with this mission and the momentum continues to grow.

Iāve always wanted to fully submerge myself into a project, and the past five months have been exactly what I wanted. Iām thankful for everyone involved, for all circumstances involved that allowed me to have this wonderful experience during my last semester in college. Iām thankful for Professor Farrar for his care and guidance. And Iām thankful for myself for being open to accept this new experience.
Project Desc:
Circumstance Meets Circumstance is a one-minute motion graphic that confronts the nature of interpersonal connections. Although misunderstanding can lead to frustration, hurt, and fear, this piece seeks to reframe misunderstanding as an invitation for a deeper and more fulfilling bond.
Through the use of motion design techniques such as match cutting, elemental morphing, and dynamic movements, the piece explores a semi-abstract interpersonal space. Scripting, storyboarding, style framing, animation, and sound design by Jacky Chao. Voiced by Mia Fothergill.
Monsters from my 'I Can!' project. Probably the most fun part of the project I'd say. Green and pink are my favs! I wonder what they're thinking about.
