Just a little candid chat about the struggles of winter bulking from someone who has never worked out to gain… the struggle is real… RIP my thigh gap 🤣🤣 I’ll share some results so far and my excitement about a new season of shredding for summer. So I tried a new app today @zing.coach that I thought was pretty cool for wellness and fitness goals. I wanted to share my fitness day and insight on the AI tool here and give you a taste of some of the things I’ll post on @regardingallthings let me know if you wanna join along. My current weight is 144.4 in the body scan 146 on my scale and my lean muscle mass is about 75% of my body weight. 13% essential fat 12% beneficial fat and I want to increase muscle but also trim.
