My current weight is 144.4 in the body scan 146 on my scale and my lean muscle mass is about 75% of my body weight. 13% essential fat 12% beneficial fat and I want to increase muscle but also trim. The app set a plan to reach the first milestone of 140 in 3 weeks. What are your goals?
