🏔️Snowdonia Sea2Sky 25km🏔️
Absolutely breathtaking trail run from the beach of Barmouth up 730m and back down again (making it equivalent to 32km in 3hrs). So lucky to have a body that allows me to do what I love: run unbelievably fast down hill through orange forests and hilly Welsh villages. So proud of @hmc353 for giving it everything she's got and smashing all expectations! Big cheers to @imrusssell for the fantastic support.

💥MANC MARATHON BABY 💥.
i really went and did it. What a ride. Said yes Wednesday night - on the start line Sunday morning. Never a bucket list item for me specifically but I am so unbelievably happy I said yes, and so very proud of myself for completing 42.1km at such short notice. My name ain't Guy, but I am that man.
Thanks to everyone who supported me, Russell for being there mile after mile, and Hannah for giving me the most powerful hug I've ever had. What a dream. Get me on those trails!

an incredible few weeks spent with incredible people. Doing things I never thought I would, seeing things I didn't think were possible. Trekked the dolomites, ventured into mountain caves, paragliding, ziplines, caught in lightning storms - everyday a new adventure. Maybe turning 30 won't be so bad.

last weekend was incredible. Feign played two amazing shows and we just keep getting better. We made new friends along the way and, even though we lost out during the Quarters, the M2TM show was the best we've ever played.
