Ariel Kiley thinks of living as a creative act. A graduate of NYUâs Gallatin School of Individualized Study, she focused on tragic heroines in literature, theater, and film â an obsession that coincided with playing a doomed stripper in a controversial episode of The Sopranos. She co-wrote Smitten: The Way of the Brilliant Flirt (Chronicle Books, 2013), a dating book weaving self-realization with flirtation, and has spent the last two decades exploring freedom through the body and self-expression. As a yoga therapist and Somatic Experiencing trauma resolution practitioner, she works at the intersection of the body, the nervous system, and the self. Her latest project, HeroineStrong, transforms fitness classes into fairytales.

Performing under the moniker @wildlifefreeway , she released her debut album, Sunny, in May 2022. Her visual art includes abstract paintings and immersive installations, such as the âYawning Boothâ at @hwy_sanctuary . She is also the creator of @animalmedicinecards , a self-published oracle deck and guidebookânow in its sixth editionâthat reflects her deep connection to the symbolic wisdom of animalsâ¨

@healinggoddesscreated is a Cuban and Haitian multidisciplinary creative: writer, trauma-informed healer, tarot reader and mystical teacher. Her writing shifts between the layers of multicultural narrative and spiritual mysticism. She is a local southern California resident, where She manages a metaphysical shop and leads spiritual workshops, classes and offers intuitive tarot readings. Shana is often connecting with nature, writing poems, completing her book, and resting her body.
