As part of the Rossendale Art Trail, our launch event on 31st May (2pm–6pm) brings together live music, art, and a chance to hear more about the upcoming Gather@ Festival (26–28 June).
It’s a relaxed afternoon at the Horse & Bamboo theatre in Waterfoot with performances from @rebelskisounds and @steward.exe . The event is designed to launch Gather@ Festival and give audiences a first taste of what’s to come. Expect an atmosphere where live sound and visual art sit side by side. Together, they set the tone for an afternoon that connects music, art, and community, while also offering an early glimpse into the energy and ideas behind the Gather@ Festival.

Rebelski, the solo project of composer, pianist, and producer Martin Rebelski, crafts immersive, emotionally resonant soundscapes at the crossroads of ambient, modern classical and electronica. Known for his delicate melodies, rich textures and cinematic scope, his music embraces minimalism while creating deeply atmospheric listening experiences.
Many will also recognise him from his work with Manchester band Doves, and as a current member of Peter Hook and the Light, performing worldwide with the founding member of Joy Division and New Order.
