I haven't posted ina while, sorry, but here's some stuff I've been working on (the first one I started a couple of days ago and I'm obsessed w it, i keep returning to it)
Man, I always have such a hard time taking photos of my work.. anyway, I started this drawing at the beginning of January and planned to finish it before the end of the month (: so, here's my little "New Year" drawing/self-portrait!
Super late post, but here is my ceramic sculpture titled "The Path To Nowhere"! It was shown at the Pheobe Art Gallery at Fresno State! (: I am so, unbelievably grateful to have my submission on display among such talented artists. This was my first ever ceramic sculpture!
I created "The Path To Nowhere" as a stairway to the afterlife, one that plays with the idea of heaven and hell being one in the same, where both lead to nothing but a shared "end."
(also, it's a candle holder haha)
I had the honor of reading my poetry alongside two other amazing poets! Here are just two of my poems titled "From: my human point of view" and "i am".
Also, I would like to thank @jazztuezdayz and @60sblu ! They are integral to this entire experience, and I am so glad to have been included as a speaker.

This piece was included in a community zine titled "My Femme Diary" created by @60sblu (:
For the first time, my art has been framed and publicly displayed! I'm so grateful to have been included among so many wonderful artists. So many people had come together to make this happen, and I wish I had taken more photos of everything..
Regardless, this whole experience has been so meaningful to me. I wish I had said more during the open mic, but here's what I did say: "There's a couple of things l'm trying to express with this poem, but overall I'd describe it as an inner dialogue about gender, identity, and society. So, I wrote this poem because although I look feminine and have experienced the world being perceived as such, I have always struggled to identify as a woman. And I find that I'm always thinking about being this sort of extradimensional entity-something like the soul or the internal made tangible-so that for once, I can be recognized for my essence and not for my body.
The title "If Only I Could Be Naked" is meant to reflect this desire to just shed my skin and just be-- but I don't hate my body-- I just wish the world could see me as I am inside. But in short-- l'm non-binary, and it's not a radical statement. I'm asking to be known as a person, first and foremost."
