Yesterday we brought the community together in Compton for a FREE sound bath, guided meditation, and yoga experience for Mental Health Awareness Month 🧘🏽♀️🌞 Shoutout to my amazing facilitator assistant and soundbath instructor Bheti💛
In partnership with @elseven_inc@k.a.u.s.e_compton_watts and the City of Compton, we created a space to slow down, breathe, reset, and pour back into ourselves and each other.
