When you think of the word “may” what comes up for you?
Have you ever realized that May is the only month that is also a word we often use outside of its context of being the 5th month of the year?
The definition of May is, possibility, probability, to grant permission or to express a wish ✨
How sweet is it to exist in a month rooted in some much potential!?
I would love to share this potent energy with you at one or both of the events I’ll be hosting!🤗
Our first session of the month is on Saturday the 16th and will be the first ever womb-owners only event, hosted at the Tree House in Studio City. This session is all about honoring the divine feminine.
Calling back to where we all originated from while cultivating the life force energy within us.
To support our ceremony @moonmadefarms woman owned, sun grown, organic flower will be on the offering tray along with non-medicated herbal jo¡nts 🌹🌝🍃
Then we have our community @bonfire.la event! This event is the perfect blend of chill, creative, wholesome “outside in the summer” energy. We begin with grounding into a conversation meditation and then settle into a Soundbath on the beach that opens up to an open mic! Bring all your friends &/or make new ones!

I have been hosting @marijuanameditations for 4+ years now & have always welcomed everyone. I trusted that my vibe would naturally attract a similar frequency… and most of the time, it has🌱
It wasn’t until I posted this video a few months ago that I started receiving RSVPs from men who clearly had ulterior motives for joining the sacred space I intend to create.
Part of me tried to stay open-hearted about it. I told myself that even if they came with different intentions, maybe they were still meant to be there for a reason… maybe they would still leave with something healing…
But deep down, I knew I didn’t feel as safe or relaxed as I usually do. And I also felt a responsibility to protect the energy of everyone entering the ceremony.
Out of all the inappropriate comments I received… not one came from a woman.
Which is why I decided to host my first ever womb-owners-only event to honor the ⚜️ DIVINE FEMININE ⚜️
There is a sweetness, softness, understanding, tenderness, nurturing & safety that comes from gathering together in this way 🙏🏾
And don’t worry….this does not mean all events moving forward will be like this, nor does it discount the many intentional men who have lovingly contributed to the space over the years.
But if you are a man reading this, please respect women-owned businesses, events & their comment sections 🩷

Ive been thinking a lot about quantum leaping and how when I look back in my past i can clearly see how quickly I shifted realities in some eras of life
Ive been viscerally experiencing quantum leaping as a pull from my future self inviting me to step forward up & into her.
When I think about how every choice we’ve ever made has led us to exactly where we are now I am extra aware of the choices that I am making here & if they are decisions my future self would align with…
I can also feel my past self at times pulling me back into habits that used to feel comfortable but now feel like a void being filled…wrapped in a cloak of familiarity.
As I reign both past & future versions of me in, I sit with the self that is actually arriving in each moment. Right now.
Simultaneously holding space for what once was and what is becoming. I wonder when the shift of becoming to embodying happens. Is it like a metamorphosis or more of a subtle transition from one things to another, like when two colors blend & you can’t quiet tell where one begins & the other ends…
Is who we are, the art of BEING the essence of becoming?
When I say all the vibes… I mean ALL the vibes
