I’ve personally curated these images, bringing forth stories and depth. Each image has been carefully selected to be exhibited as a full story collection for 1 day only. This would be my 2nd gallery exhibition of my lifetime. I’m excited to share with you & the community the images I’ve collected over the years that hold so many memories and stories. 8 years of teaching and my heart is full. @hot8yoga has been the place that’s held me, helped me grow and evolve as a teacher. From teaching 6:15am sculpts when I first started to leading sculpt teacher trainings and recently facilitating and leading two 200hr trainings this year, this place has been the through line in every year and chapter of my growth. There’s so much I can say about my teaching journey and what led me here but the thing that has always kept me inspired to go deeper has been this incredible community I’ve been lucky enough to receive from this soul-filling career. In 2023 I signed with Nike and I’m always in awe I get to work with a company who wholeheartedly believes in holistic wellbeing. A huge thank you to @nike for supporting me in creating unforgettable community experiences like this one, it’s been such a gift. This event was proof that movement = magic. An overwhelming thank you to my incredible community who has grown with me, inspired one another and become stronger because of it. This is what it’s all about. I love you. 🤍 📸 @raygenio

RESULTS ARE IN: @ocmarathon I trained for a year and a half so I can shave off 2 hours from my last race time. 2x Marathoner. Had a blast blasting off 🚀 The first ten or so miles I ran with @himynameisjeff until we got to the @socialhourrunclub x @newbalance cheerzone. After enjoying the vibes, I slowly started to send it. When I reached mile twenty, I was feeling strong. That’s when I decided to go FULL SEND and see if I can catch two pace groups during the final 10k of the race. The plan was to go slow and enjoy the first half of the race. Save some energy for the later half and let it all out. Looks like the plan was executed exactly how I envisioned it.
