Our Fernet begins its journey in Brunnwald, filtered through ancient granite to achieve its impossibly soft provision. At Swim Club, it meets its counterpart: a space where water and hospitality converge. We’re not suggesting you swim in Fernet, merely that you explore these drinks at a venue worthy of their origin.
This first collaboration with an exciting new works deserves exploration. Come discover what happens when the finest Austrian bitter finds its home by the water.

Wednesday, Dec 3rd, we’re thrilled to welcome @raphholzer of @holzeroriginal for a special guest shift. Austrian-born and a longtime bar professional, Raph was the founding force behind the bar concepts at Yardbird and RŌNIN HK. He is also the founder of Holzer Fernet, crafted in Austria with alpine herbs, balanced bitterness, and carefully extracted botanicals.
For one night only, Raph will be behind our bar with @adam.tudoret , serving cocktails built around the spirit he created, perfectly paired with our Stoke menu and grilled Yakitori. Come by, taste, and enjoy the full Holzer experience.
