A feast for @mouneresto 🍉

LEBANON FUNDRAISER POP UP LONDON: we’re doing a little pop up fundraiser in london together with @raphaellemacaron next saturday. all sales / proceeds from this pop up will be donated in equal parts to @beit.aam and @tanseqeye_shaabeye_lebanon , we will cover all print and manufacturing costs out of our pocket. we will have our full discography available on vinyl, raphaelle will have a selection of big fine art giclée prints as well as smaller risograph prints. we will also have 2 exclusive limited edition releases on 7“ vinyl lathe cuts in a run of 15 numbered copies each, 10 of which will have handmade covers by raphaelle. 7“ number one is by the wonderful duo @kazdouramusic and will include their current single „and then?“ with the previously unreleased instrumental on the b-side, the other single is by a band called „andromeda“ and was recorded in the early 1980s in beirut.. It was only circulated in a run of maybe 10 cassettes at the time. these 2 releases will only be available at the event and they are limited to 1 per person. we’ll also be playing some lebanese records, so also happily come through if you just want to get a tea or coffee. shoutout to @kotn for hosting us at their London store and helping with production, also many thanks to @tuneforkstudios for their logistics help. poster design by raphaelle macaron.

🇱🇧🚨Habibi Funk Print Sale🚨🇱🇧 These three prints (40x50cm) will be available tonight at @labellevilloise during the @habibifunk @freeyourfunk.paris party. All proceeds of the sale will go to @juliettejabra and @omar.meen who have been tirelessly working on supplying basic necessities and food to displaced families and individuals in Lebanon. In 2023, I did a series of drawings for @central_vapeur about my memories of war and the ways it remained in my body and spirit wherever I went. This one is called “Birds” and was inspired by a picture by the fantastic @myriamboulos . I wish this drawing was outdated.

LEBANON FUNDRAISER: Since the start of intensified Israeli attacks in Lebanon more than 500.000 people have been internally displaced with many having to sleep on the street with no access to basic necessities. In order to support ongoing fundraising efforts we have gone through our archive to make some special and hard to find items available for those down to make a meaningful contribution / donation to either to the @lebaneseredcross or any grassroots organization of your choosing. This requires a minimum donation of 60 euro each. •⁠ Slide 8: 3 copies of Charif’s „Hamra“ vinyl. Edition of 172 copies. This requires a donation of 300 euro.
