When I returned from the motherland in December, I was 95kg.
I made a promise to myself: to work on my health, build my strength and become more disciplined.
Now in May, I’m around 78–80kg and can truly say that I stayed committed and fulfilled that promise to myself.
This journey was never just about weight loss. It was about growth, consistency, health and self-discipline.
Today also marks the start of the tour.
