if you’re just getting into cycling and don’t know where to start, these are the key pieces i’d build a spring kit around:
• Women’s Lightweight Base Layer – helps regulate temperature and wick sweat so you stay dry and comfortable, especially as conditions change

Though Brooklyn gum featured the eponymous bridge as its logo, the brand itself originated in Lombardy, not the Five Boroughs. An ode to cycling’s oldest monument, our ‘A Day In Hell’ ride took us to Katonah, where we confronted freshly laid gravel and the relentless hills of Westchester.
We can’t wait to come back in June for the @acmebicycleco NEUTRAL GROUND bike party.
A Day in Hell translates the agony and the ecstasy of the cobbles to Katonah as we take on the finest ‘gravé’, defined as: “(an area of) farm track/road/footpath/bridleway etc. which consists of potholes, loose paving, stones, rubble, and mud.”
Join Rapha New York and @acmebicycleco for 55 miles of mixed terrain across the farm roads of Westchester County. The route includes 20 miles of unpaved roads that can be ridden on a road bike with 30mm tires, but we recommend using at least 35mm tires for the Mountain Lakes trail.
@ridewithangelo will be leading a social-paced road ride that will avoid the Mountain Lakes trail.
