I found a place of peace and clarity today during my time here in San Fran. My Brother Kamau (@letthelightwork ) partnered with @gamelatron to create a space of true stillness called 1000 Ways to Sit :: A Gamelatron Sonic Sanctuary.
It's a sanctuary indeed. All of my studies of Stocism, Buddhism, Islam, Hindusim and tapping into your higher self are coming forward in my time here and that calmness that has grown in me fully welcome here.
