Kaisa Sollo is an illustrator and product designer specialized in product development for consumer goods, such as toys, homeware, and apparel. Like a true Finn, Kaisa loves winter, forests, and folklore, so most of her character creations have a connection to nature. Kaisa also publishes mobile games for kids with her partner, under the name Flyin’ Pillow Games.

On December 1st the exhibitions opened in Leipzig, London, Helsinki and Atlanta, showcasing the work of nearly 50 illustrators, animators and sound designers from around the world. I made the animated illustration for December 21st, see it revealed in @ar_advent on the day, and visit the locations to open the calendar doors in augmented reality!
I’m super proud that we have the exhibition in Finland at Helsinki Central Library Oodi, where the calendar is shown as a video projection that you can scan to reveal the animations. @oodihelsinki is a beautiful welcoming space, with advanced digital exhibitions and lots to do and find.
