Now, her work and creative philosophy take center stage as the official cover story for HOLLYWAY Magazine out of Tokyo, Japan. From Straw starring Taraji P. Henson and Sherri Shepherd, to Mea Culpa starring Kelly Rowland, to productions including Madea’s Destination Wedding, Divorce in the Black, and Joe’s College Road Trip, Vereen’s work is rooted in character psychology, continuity, and intention. Every fabric choice, silhouette, and texture becomes part of the narrative before a single line is spoken. [Start With Yourself]🤎 Women Empowering Women is a beautiful thing. One of my best friends @luvcrystalrenee had the opportunity to have a real and enlightening conversation with the brilliant business woman @emmagrede to whom I truly admire for her business acumen. Both of these women inspire me and one of them God has placed in my life permanently as my sister. I relished over the dialogue between the two of them with a lot of gems being dropped along with some hmms and awes and of course some laughs. What a night and what a beautiful conversation between two ambitious and successful women that continue to make a footprint for other women to go after exactly what they want out of life Unapologetically but it Starts With Yourself. I recommend any woman about their business go and see Emma speak if she is coming to your city or a city near you on her book tour.
