If I were able to rewind and relive any moment of 2025, it would undoubtedly be The Keris Cup weekend. As an action sports filmmaker, who started the year releasing a surf/skate film, I couldnāt have imagined a more perfect scenario than this.
I was truly honored to document these titans of the industry: an opportunity Iāll always be grateful to have been a part of.
With 2026 around the corner, all I could hope for is more memories like this⦠šš¼

Stoked to see a clip from time spent on North Shore in the series ending @snaptfive
I turn 31 today. This birthday is particularly significant to me, and Iāve been consumed by emotions this past week, reflecting on what it means for me to be where I am on this day.
I made a promise to myself in my early twenties that if by thirty I hadnāt found success in the creative film world, I would change route and decide on a different path.
When you donāt reap a harvest from the fruits of your labor, itās challenging to hold onto the dream and continue on whatās been a lifetime journey for me.
Although the time had come for me to answer to my promise, I went against my better judgment and decided to make a great final attempt when I left for Hawaii following the premiere of the studioās first full-length movie.
Today, Iāve tasted the sweet juices Iāve longed to enjoy. Even if this fruit disappears tomorrow, Iām grateful for every bite Iāve had and thankful for everyone who pushed me to stay on the trail šš¼

Iāve spent many winters filming on the cold and harsh coastline of the Northeast. My mind often drifted to warmer places with better waves during this time. I thought to myself, if I somehow wound up on the North Shore, I would be able to create something special. Rather than waiting for the day, I packed up all my gear this past winter and created the opportunity myself.
After 3 months of firing swell, I had stacked more clips than all the winters Iāve filmed in the Northeast, making me believe I had made the right decision. Although Iāll always cherish stacking clips at home with friends, Iām excited to continue to the next chapter. With the footage I gathered, I compiled a 22-minute recap of my best clips from my winter on Oahu.

Following the premiere of Less Sex, More Surf: the studioās exited the Narragansett Casino and left for to the North Shore of Ohau; a trip intended to last a month, became two, and eventually ended at six.
Although I was quickly fixated on surfingās greatest colleseum: Bonzai Pipline; few days would go by that I wouldnāt reminisce of the night I stood on that stage at the Narragansett Casino.
Due to the quick shift, as well as the persuit of an entirely new project, I never publically thanked everyone for showing up and supporting the movie premiere. For that, I apologize and ask that I might take this moment to do so.
Thank you to the friends and family that came to support that evening, especially those that traveled. Thank you for facilitating that room with enthusiasm, interest and love. Thank you for allowing me to speak to you about what the film, as well as the people within it meant to me. Thank you for congratulating and celebrating with us. Thank you to the musicians who performed, with excellence I must add. Thank you to the Narragansett Casino for hosting us. Thank you to the community and ultimately, thank you for that moment.
Lastly, as said on stage, thank you to @drbrendan and the @yawgoons . You inspired every single person in that movie to peruse their passions and for that, I thank you. šš¼
Cheers to the first Surf Skate, Snow movie out of the Northeastš» Iām super excited to share the studioās new project from the North Shore so stay posted on information for the release šŖš¼
The first full-length production the studios produced was nearly 4 years ago. The film was made in a place the studios have long cherished: the warm beaches of Mexico. Being from a wave desert in the Northeast of America, there was a fever of excitement upon arrival at Barra de la Cruz. Outside of surfing two sessions myself, there were few moments when I didnāt feel encouraged to document this long-lasting point break centered around the Mexican jungle.
A source of inspiration during this filming
was a surfer who, like me, was pursuing his dream. After commenting on the virtuosity of the surfing I had witnessed, someone told me that the young @alan_jr_cleland was training to qualify for the world tour. Now, four years later, Iāve seen this dream come true as our paths crossed during his brief free surf in Bali, Indonesia, before he competes next at Lower Trestles, California.
I was stoked to have the opportunity to document this surfing again, this time as friends: 10,000 miles away and at a level even higher than I had initially witnessed.
Hereās to making dreams become a reality. š» Weāre all rooting for you brotha! šŖš¼šš¼
