We’re excited to introduce some of the incredible therapists who support our LGBTQIA+ community through the Rainbow Mind 1‑1 Therapy Service.
Our team offers a safe, compassionate, and identity-affirming space where you can explore your feelings, experiences, and wellbeing at your own pace. Each therapist brings their own warmth, expertise, and lived understanding to the work they do.
Stay tuned for Part Two as we continue to introduce the people behind the service. 💛

Hate? Nah, it’s not for us.
As part of @1mactsofhope (13–20 May) and Mental Health Awareness Week, we want to spotlight what taking action for mental health can really look like.
Meet Amar, one of our amazing volunteers.
We were first introduced to Amar when he took our Radical Self Care Course to help manage crippling anxiety and shame. Moved by the experience, he chose to take action and trained as a Radical Self Care Practitioner and is now delivering the course himself.
Amar’s commitment to self care, community, and connection reminds us that hope isn’t just a feeling, it’s something we do.

Exam pressure can make it easy to forget how much you’re already carrying, and how much you’ve already done.
If today feels heavy, take a moment to be gentle with yourself. You don’t have to have it all figured out, and you don’t have to go through it alone. Speaking up, doing things your way, and recognising your own effort all matter.
If you're in exam season right now, remember: You are so much more important than your results.

More than a supporter. Driving change beyond donations.
As part of A Million Acts of Hope (13–20 May), we want to shine a light on one of our corporate supporters, Sam from @further.works
Sam does so much more than just financial donations. He puts time into improving mental health support in our community, from sharing his creative skills with the team, to walking alongside us (literally) on a photography mindfulness walk.
So to kick off this week of hope, we want to say a massive thank you to Sam for investing his time, expertise and belief in people. Sam’s support fills us with so much hope!

It's Mental Health Awareness Week and this year’s theme is ACTION.
1 in 4 people experience a mental health problem each year, and for LGBTQIA+ folx this can be even higher.
That’s why this week we’re focusing on action: Caring for your own mental health
Supporting someone you love
Strengthening our communities
Whether you’re taking gentle steps for yourself, showing up for someone else, or helping create safer, more inclusive support spaces — what you do matters.
Swipe through for ways to take action, and remember: you deserve support that understands and affirms who you are.

This Trans+ History Week, we’re shining a light on trans+ people who have shaped culture across music, film, fashion, activism, and everyday life.
From global stages to reality TV, from community care to creative expression, trans+ people have always been here.
But this isn’t about proving worth through impact.
Trans+ worth isn’t earned through achievement or visibility.
You don’t have to be famous, talented, or historic to deserve safety, care, and joy.
Trans+ people deserve to exist and thrive.
