Irene Giblin’s ‘Chicken Chowder’ 1905
Irene Giblin was born, raised and lived the entirety of her life in St. Louis. She published 10 rags between 1905 and 1911. ‘Chicken Chowder’ being the most popular which was turned into a handful of piano rolls and recorded by various artists including the Ossman Dudley Trio.
