Changes I made ‼️👇
1. I stopped skipping arm day and started hitting upper body 2-3x a week.
2. I stopped doing random exercises when I showed up at the gym, and now follow a structured workout plan.
3. I stopped using the same amount of weight for everything, and started applying progressive overload: increasing weight, adding more reps, or doing more sets.
Consistency is key, show up for yourself and you’ll see progress.
