April’s Month of Giving was a reminder of what compassion looks like in action at Rackspace Technology. 🫶 From San Antonio, where Rackers supported our HQ hometown during Fiesta and across the community, to teams around the world, Rackers showed up for the communities they’re part of.
Throughout the month, Rackers used Volunteer Time Off (VTO) to give back in meaningful ways, contributing 4,201 hours in April alone.
Across regions — from California to India, Vietnam, Australia and beyond — that meant mentoring students, supporting children, helping animal shelters, organizing donation drives, raising funds and showing up where it was needed most.
Some of these moments are captured here. Many are not. But the impact is real across all of it. ❤️💛💜

We’re proud to receive an NEISD Superintendent’s Award recognizing our continued partnership with the @safoodbank . Through our annual Thanksgiving food drive, we help provide meals for more than 400 families in the San Antonio area.

Rackspace India Sales Summit 2026 brought Global and India leadership together with Rackers across the region to align on the year ahead and the role our teams play in helping customers move faster, operate smarter and reduce complexity.
Sessions focused on customer experience, commercial momentum, world-class delivery and the sales enablement needed to support meaningful outcomes for customers.
We also celebrated the RackStar and Presidential Awards, recognizing 19 Rackers who continue to deliver excellence for our customers, our teams and our business. 🎉
