Celebrity Makeup Artist @quinnmurphy using SPATCH Invisible Spot Fix on Kate Hudson for the Time 100 Gala!
"I always use SPATCH as the final step of makeup to visually "retouch" and perfect the skin" says Murphy
The powder concealer/color-corrector doesn't add texture to the skin and sits perfectly on top of makeup.
Kate Hudson for Time 100 Most Influential People 2026! 🌟
For the Time 100 gala Kate wore a black silk dress with an exaggerated heart-shaped silhouette, reminiscent of 80’s Saint Laurent and French style. The makeup look focused on beautiful, glowing, sculpted skin and a strong, smoldering eye with a kitten-extended lash.
Skin Prep:To ensure Kate’s skin was moist, supple, and radiant, I prioritized thorough skincare.
Face and Neck: I began by applying the Bioeffect 3XGF Recovery Serum to her face and neck and the 3XGF Recovery Eye Serum to her upper and lower lids. For extra brightness and depuffing I layered the Imprinting Eye Mask over the serum and kept the masks on for 15 minutes. Once the masks were removed I applied the new EGF Power Cream all over her face and neck.
Makeup:The look centered on dramatic, smoky eyes and glowing skin.
Eyes: I lined the inner rims and the inner and outer corners with a deep brown eye pencil, applying multiple layers and smudging with a fluffy brush.
Lashes: I used the TAD Beauty 3D Printed Lash Clusters and Stripments to create a feline cat-eye, and to add density and length to the outer corners. After curling Kate’s lashes I applied two 8mm TAD lash clusters in the Bliss style to the upper outer corners using Brilliant Bond Lash Adhesive. To further extend and lengthen the cat-eye, I added a segment of the TAD Lash Stripment in Pixi (launching next month) in the outer corner. Finally, I applied brown mascara to the bottom lashes.
Face and Lips: I finished the look with bronzer on the outer edges of the face and added a caramel/nude lip. I set and refreshed the face with BioEffect Icelandic Water Mist.
