Our 3 P’s of Speed. Posture = how your body is aligned to generate movement. Projection = the direction you apply force into the ground. Pattern = the rhythm, timing and overall coordination of movement. Posture organises force, projection directs it and pattern allows you to repeat force efficiently. Our on-field sessions have been flying:
