What we do… our facility is built for athletes, and every area of the facility has a purpose every time you walk into the gym:
1. Sports Science & Testing - for our health metrics such as wellness and monitoring, and our performance/ outcome based assessments.
2. Turf Area - for individual prep, technical (running mechanics) and transfer (plyometrics, jumps, throws etc)
3. Main Strength Floor - for each athletes key lift of the session.
4. Accessory Strength - for our secondary strength movements and targeted robustness and reliance options.

This is such a special photo with special people. No one will ever know the unseen hours and hard work these ladies put in behind the scenes. Week in week out, early morning speed sessions, evenings lifting, sweating literally buckets on the bike (IYKYK). Proud is an understatement - now we can’t wait to get to the debut game!

We are so proud of you - no one will understand the sacrifices you have made to achieve your dream. The term “hardest worker in the room” gets throw around a lot, but without a shadow of a doubt Soph is just that.
She’ll hate us saying this but this morning (the day after being drafted) she was at the field doing a speed session, skills and then into the gym hitting PBs. If that doesn’t show you the type of person Soph is, we don’t know what will.
