U duhu višegodišnje tradicije, snažno podržavamo organizacije koje zagovaraju ljudska prava LGBT+ osoba 🌈
Unapređenje prava LGBT+ osoba od centralne je važnosti za jačanje demokratije 🏛️, vladavine prava ⚖️, bezbjednosti 🛡️, društvene kohezije 🤝 i stvaranje otvorenog građanskog prostora 🗣️ u kojem svi mogu da žive slobodno i dostojanstveno.
Povodom Međunarodnog dana borbe protiv homofobije, bifobije i transfobije (IDAHOBIT), britanska ambasadorka Don Meken (Dawn McKen) sastala se danas sa predstavnicima dvije LGBT organizacije u Crnoj Gori @queermne & @asocijacija.spektra kako bi razgovarali o izazovima, napretku i važnosti nastavka zajedničkog rada na izgradnji inkluzivnijeg društva.
🇬🇧 ostaje posvećen partner promociji jednakosti, ljudskih prava i poštovanja različitosti, jer društva koja štite prava svih svojih građana jesu snažnija, otpornija i uspješnija društva.
🚫 Naše nevladine organizacije i aktivistkinje/aktivisti protestuju protiv javnih nastupa i promocije pjevača Mirka Pajčina, alijas Baja Mali Knindža, čije pjesme sadrže nacionalističke, šovinističke i ratnohuškačke poruke koje veličaju ratne zločine i zločince i podstiču etničku i vjersku mržnju.
Njegovi nastupi su zabranjivani u Hrvatskoj i Federaciji Bosne i Hercegovine, jer se tekstovi njegovih pjesama smatraju govorom mržnje.
⚠️ Duboko zabrinjava najava nastupa Baje Malog Knindže u Pljevljima, posebno ako bi to podržala vlast finansiranjem iz budžeta opštine.
Nedopustivo je da se novcem svih građana Pljevalja, uključujući preko 4000 građana islamske vjeroispovijesti (17% stanovništva), finansira izvođač čije pjesme podstiču mržnju prema Bošnjacima i muslimanima, odnosno duboko vrijeđaju sve koji baštine građanske i antifašističke vrijednosti.
📌 Podsjećamo da i samo javno veličanje osuđenih ratnih zločinaca predstavlja krivično djelo izazivanja mržnje i netrpeljivosti, koje se kažnjava kaznom zatvora od šest mjeseci do pet godina. Osim Krivičnog zakonika Crne Gore, govor mržnje zabranjuju i Zakon o zabrani diskriminacije i Zakon o javnom redu i miru.
Pljevlja su multietnički grad sa dugom tradicijom međusobnog poštovanja i zajedničkog života.
Zbog toga zahtijevamo da:
– Opština Pljevlja odustane sada i ubuduće od organizovanja nastupa Baje Malog Knindže;
– nadležni organi ispitaju eventualnu krivičnu i drugu odgovornost u slučaju insistiranja na organizovanju ovakvog događaja;
– svi politički akteri koji se pozivaju na građanske i evropske vrijednosti ne dozvole organizovanje ovakvog i sličnih događaja.
Pozivamo građanke i građane Pljevalja i Crne Gore da podrže ovaj protest.
I Pljevljima i ostatku naše države neophodno je njegovanje kulture koja spaja umjesto podsticanja mržnje.

🤝 Regional cooperation among judicial institutions, lawyers and civil society is of crucial importance for more effective prevention and prosecution of hate speech, discrimination, and hate crimes, as well as for stronger protection of the rights of LGBTIQ persons, it was concluded at the regional consultative meeting organized by #CGO from 7 to 9 May in Petrovac.
⚖️ The meeting brought together 27 participants from the judiciary, legal profession, and civil society from 🇧🇦, 🇲🇰, 🇷🇸, 🇲🇪, 🇦🇱 and 🇽🇰, with the aim of exchanging experiences, strengthening intersectoral and regional cooperation, and improving institutional responses to hate speech, discrimination, and violations of the rights of LGBTIQ persons. Particular focus was placed on European standards, the case law of the European Court of Human Rights, national legal frameworks, and practical challenges in identifying, classifying, and prosecuting such cases.

No workers’ rights without LGBTIQ+ rights.
On International Workers’ Day, we stand for labour rights that include LGBTIQ+ workers, fully, visibly, and without compromise.
Across the Western Balkans and Türkiye, many LGBTIQ+ people still face discrimination, exclusion, harassment, and economic insecurity in access to work and within workplaces. For too many, safety at work still depends on silence, invisibility, or the ability to hide who they are.
Through EU Working Safe project, ERA and our partners work to strengthen socio-economic inclusion, protection, and dignity for LGBTIQ+ people across the region.
This May, we bring the evidence to the table, country by country, and regionally.
Throughout May, partner organisations will present country-specific policy papers through national events, opening dialogue with institutions, civil society, community representatives, experts, and decision-makers.
At the same time, ERA is preparing a regional report that brings these national realities together, identifying shared patterns, structural barriers, and recommendations for stronger protection, inclusion, and accountability.
These publications are not only research outputs. They are advocacy tools, helping us move from documented exclusion toward safer and more inclusive working environments.

Success story: Coalition Margins
🎯 Through a project supported under the “Together for LGBTQI+ Equality” programme, Coalition Margins worked to strengthen resilience, belonging, and political awareness within the LGBTQI+ community in North Macedonia.
💪 Even in a context of rising hostility and anti-gender narratives, this project showed that community-based spaces, culture, and public engagement can build hope, strengthen solidarity, and help create a more inclusive and resilient society.

Success stories: Integra
🎭 Supported under the “Together for LGBTQI+ Equality” programme, Integra used theatre to bring LGBTQI+ stories, visibility, and dialogue to communities outside Prishtina.
📍 By touring the play “I am my own wife” in five cities, the project created space for dialogue in communities with limited exposure to LGBTQI+ topics, helping challenge prejudice, build empathy, and bring human rights conversations closer to local audiences.

Success stories: Sarajevo Open Centre
🎯 Through a project supported under the “Together for LGBTQI+ Equality” programme, Sarajevo Open Centre strengthened young LGBTI+ activism in Bosnia and Herzegovina by equipping young activists with practical knowledge, hands-on training, and tools for safe and effective civic engagement.
🧰 The project combined an Activist School, a practical activist toolkit, and a supportive alumni network, helping participants build confidence, connect with others, and respond more effectively to anti-LGBTI+ and anti-gender narratives.
💪 These results show how knowledge, skills, and community support can create safer spaces and stronger, more sustainable activism.

17.04.2026.godine organizovan je deveti Akcioni dan Unije srednjoškolaca Crne Gore, pružajući srednjoškolcima priliku da kroz jednodnevni rad steknu praktično iskustvo u zanimanjima usklađenim sa njihovim obrazovnim profilom. 💼📚

🎯 Through the project supported under the “Together for LGBTQI+ Equality” programme, Association Spectra turned advocacy into action by working with young people in schools, universities, and youth organizations, while also building resilience to disinformation and anti-LGBTQI+ narratives.
🎪 The SOLIDUM feminist fair created a space for visibility, dialogue, and community, while a public campaign promoted self-determination and gender diversity.
This is a proof that knowledge, solidarity, and public engagement can help create a more inclusive and equal society. 💪
