Phase 2, Class 3: Data Made Simple—Turning Information into Growth!
To build something enduring, to spark sustainable growth, there must first be a deep understanding of the information your business generates daily, your sales, your patterns, and your customers’ choices.
The EstablishHER Entrepreneurship Fund Cohort 2 continued Phase 2 with a focus on the language of growth: Data Analytics and Market Research. This session wasn’t just about numbers; it was about the power of knowing instead of guessing.
The session was led by Chibby Dangana, Founder & CEO of Data Factory Global and a specialist in turning information into strategic growth. With her expertise, she provided a unique lens on how tracking simple daily activities can help start-ups avoid waste and increase profit.
She guided our women to view data as a tool to understand their market and competitors, teaching them to lead with informed decisions and strategic precision. Transformation in business doesn’t start with a gamble; it starts with the clarity of what the data is telling you.
A few years ago, if you told me I’d be teaching on Confidence, I would have laughed 😅
But here I am, recording a session for the WILAN Women Leadership Institute (WWLI) @wilaninstitute and honestly… it felt like one of the most natural conversations I’ve ever had.
Because the truth is — it’s easiest to speak when you’re speaking your truth.
My journey, especially through entrepreneurship, has been built on confidence. Not the loud, perfect kind… but the kind you grow into. The kind you choose, even when you’re unsure. The kind that carries you before everything else makes sense.
That’s why I approached this session from a place of “becoming before believing.”
You don’t always believe first.
Sometimes, you step into who you’re meant to be… and belief follows.
I shared parts of my journey with a level of vulnerability and ease I didn’t expect. And it was beautiful.
I can’t wait for this course to launch. I truly believe it’s going to meet so many women exactly where they are.

Last year, I had the privilege of being selected to join @foundersforum as Founder of @datafactoryglobal - a highly curated network where access isn’t just about applying, but about building something meaningful enough to be recognised among a small group of global founders, operators, and investors.
Today, I attended the @govtechsummit at Central Hall Westminster, London and it was a powerful reminder of how critical the intersection between technology, policy, and execution has become.
From conversations on how deep tech is reshaping government delivery, to discussions on freeports, local economies, and the role of the state in enabling innovation — the agenda was tightly packed, but even more valuable were the conversations in between.
What stood out most:
- The growing urgency for governments to adopt data-driven, AI-enabled decision-making
- The openness (and in some cases, readiness) of public sector leaders to collaborate with founders
- The clear opportunity for startups to play a central role in shaping future public infrastructure
More importantly, it was incredibly engaging connecting with fellow founders and government representatives who are not just talking about change — but actively building and enabling it.
A lot of promising conversations came out of today, and I’m genuinely excited about what’s ahead. There’s real momentum building at the intersection of gov, data, and innovation — and I’m looking forward to playing a part in it.

Through His resurrection, we were given Life — not merely the breath in our lungs, but a new life awakened in purpose, freedom, and relationship with God. A life where our past no longer defines us, and where hope, grace, and eternal promise become our inheritance.
We were restored to Dominion here on earth — called to live with Authority, to reflect His character, and to steward what He has placed in our hands.
And above all, we live so that our lives may bring glory to our Father in Heaven.
This is the power of the resurrection:
That through Him, we don’t just exist — we truly live.
He is risen. 🙏🏽
