@mffred showed us how to make awesome visuals and @sweaterdisco dazzled us with 3-deck training at the @quantumcavern outpost. Myself, @mestizo_nbeats and @chefsully_ got some time in on some CDJ 3000s and the glorious V10 mixer. Great time!

You can get hands on with the gear, and ask as many questions as u want more info in my bye oh

Ever wanted your DJ set to look as powerful as it sounds? We’re teaming up to help you do just that. In this workshop, MFFRED and Sweater Disco combine forces to teach you how to elevate your performance beyond just audio — with visuals, tricks, and deeper control. • MFFRED will guide you through building your own automated, reactive visualizer using TouchDesigner. You’ll learn how to take your own videos or images and make them respond to audio in real time. • Sweater Disco will lead you through advanced DJing techniques and mixer tricks to sharpen your craft behind the decks. The first hour is instruction + guided follow-along. In the second hour, you’ll jump in hands-on, experimenting with: • CDJs & a V-10 mixer • Immersive visuals that you get to manipulate • Your own media (videos, images) integrated into your visuals Whether you already DJ or just want to take your sets to the next level, this is for you.
