The project forms part of the ongoing revitalisation of one of Sydney’s most recognised waterfront destinations. Quadcorp was engaged to complete multiple retail tenancies within the precinct, including the Fisherman’s Fine Wine Bottle Shop, Blackwattle Deli, Nicholas Wetshop, and Peters Wetshop. Each space was delivered with a strong focus on detail, balancing the functional requirements of a high-volume food retail environment with a refined and contemporary design outcome. A standout feature of the project is the striking Water Ripple Oasis ceiling in Nicholas Wetshop, along with the custom timber feature ceilings in Blackwattle Deli and the Fisherman’s Fine Wine Bottle Shop, showcasing natural finishes and high-quality craftsmanship. All four tenancies were delivered concurrently with precision and efficiency, resulting in a cohesive and elevated retail experience that contributes to the continued evolution of the Sydney Fish Market precinct. Quadcorp is excited to unveil the transformation of 1 Shelley Street & WPP — a major revitalisation project in the heart of Sydney’s Barangaroo precinct. This ambitious upgrade reimagines the 11-storey building as a dynamic mixed-use destination, delivered through a carefully staged program that allowed tenants and businesses to continue operating throughout construction. The result is a renewed asset that feels contemporary, connected, and ready for the next generation of occupants. A standout element of the project is the reinvigorated Ground Floor lobby and Level 1 atrium. These spaces have been completely redesigned to create an open, engaging arrival experience, with new retail tenancies delivered to cold shell to encourage activity and flexibility at street level. Across all 11 floors, Quadcorp delivered comprehensive upgrades including refreshed lift lobbies and modernised amenities. The building now features new end-of-trip facilities, a secure Bike Store and an extended Level 7 terrace. Whilst delivering the base build works, Quadcorp was also engaged to deliver the four-floor, 10,000 m² fitout for the WPP Sydney Campus. With a deep understanding of the building already established, our team took on the challenge of completing this substantial scope within a demanding 16-week program. By seamlessly integrating both work streams, we drove efficiencies, reduced duplication, and ensured a smooth and coordinated delivery from start to finish. We recently completed a refined and highly functional 1,500sqm office transformation a testament to Quadcorp’s capability in delivering premium commercial fitouts while overcoming complex logistical and operational challenges. Designed and delivered with a strong emphasis on collaboration, this project involved a complete revitalisation of the existing space. Over a 16-week period, our team transformed the 3,700sqm fit-out into a state-of-the-art workspace, combining functionality with aesthetic elegance. Key features of this fit-out include a mesmerising ripple ceiling that adds dynamic movement and texture to the space, and beautifully curved glass installations that provide both transparency and a modern look. The timber ceiling and mesh ceiling create a harmonious blend of natural and industrial elements, enhancing the overall ambiance. Quadcorp Projects has once again showcased their expertise, having been appointed by FDC to complete the lift lobby works at 1 Market Street. A live lobby environment needed to be overcome with a 14-metre bird cage scaffolding system treated with cool room panels to ensure patrons to the building were clear of noise pollution. The highlight of the project was the installation of striking light boxes by Quadcorp Projects, which accentuated the high lobby ceilings and created a stunning statement piece in the public domain.
