When we say “Comfort Zone“, what on earth are we actually referring to?
Ironically, a comfort zone is not really about comfort.
More like what feels known: a flavor we recognize, a familiar pattern we return to without thinking.
Just as ironically, we keep wondering whether to step out of our comfort zone — how far we can go before what once felt unknown or frightening slowly becomes part of our new normal.
Chimney itself - this old house - has always been about breaking the norm.
That is why we chose “Comfort Zone” as the theme for CHIMNEY 26SS MENU, and divided the drinks into four sections:
Inside, Edge, Outside and Return.
To recognize and settle,
to hesitate and lean,
to release and wander,
to reframe and arrive.
There is no right zone. Only where you want to be, right now.
And remember: the moment you step beyond one boundary,
you begin to draw a new one.
