“Only the Best, For the Best”
I went from Directing every day for a decade, to not doing it at all…. But it felt good to be back. Thanks for the invitation @media.images

“Only the Best, For the Best”
“Your new life is going to cost you your old one… your comfort zone, and your sense of direction. You’ll need to build a new comfort zone around the things that actually move you forward. Remaining attached to your old life is the first and final act of self sabotage, and releasing it is what we must do to see real change.”
- Brianna Wiest, from “The Mountain is You” -
Shoutout to my guys @snoopface32 and @dreuxski for the example, the accountability, and the motivation… and @micaelamfit for the trainings along the way
#HealthIsWealth
The focus of this year has been all about growth, discipline, healing, and evolving.
Every January I take time to reflect and evaluate what was, and establish where I want to go… and this year I knew that if I wanted to experience new levels of God’s favor and blessings, it would require more discipline, more wisdom, more accountability, more vulnerability, new habits, and greater perspective.
Goals:
- Get back to treating attending church on Sunday morning like the priority that it is, instead of the option that it’s become since Covid.
- Find and stick to a consistent workout routine, and no longer take my health for granted.
- Read a book a month. (The best BY FAR and maybe of all-time is “The Mountain is You”)
- Commit to attending therapy regularly, and embrace the process of learning, unlearning, and re-learning healthy habits and ways of thinking.
- Stop trying to grow the brand and start focusing on growing the business (get more efficient, create new partnerships, and add more value).
Outcomes:
- My mind is clearer, my body is stronger, life is more purposeful, and my actions are more intentional.
- Revenue has reached record highs ( 7-figures for the fourth consecutive year), and expenses have reached record lows.
Much love and appreciation to everyone that has played a vital role in helping me to stay focused, motivated, and aided in this evolution.
To all of my brothas out there…. Getting to the bag is cool, but real success at this phase of life is when we effectively prioritize our priorities… PLEASE find a church, find a therapist, get a physical, evaluate your habits, and invest in your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health just as much as you care about your image and your leisure.
