Kayaking on a Swan Hellenic Cruise.
This day was pretty special on the Antarctic peninsula, just off Brown Bluff. Gentoo and Adelie penguins were porpoising to the beach after coming back from fishing to feed their chicks, or forming rafts right next to them, @leslieburcher was leading the group and @_alexisen following behind for safety, these guests got a pretty special encounter being surrounded by penguins. They really did see what others don't on this day.
Filming was done within IAATO guidelines using a telephoto camera and cropping in with the Mavic 4 pro.

We're taking a bit of a break, our founder @oliverthepirate has got himself a job at @restore_returninglife and @adamlaister will be taking over as creative director.
He is currently down in Antarctica working on @swanhelleniccruises for the next 2 months though, getting shots like these, so @nickbjones and @josephpercivalhaines will be helping to keep things moving while Adam is away.

We filmed this short piece for @refuge4pets_ a few months ago.
It stars @oliverthepirate , his dog Rocky, and his partner — not as performers, but simply as themselves. The intention wasn’t spectacle or statistics, just to tell a quiet, honest story about what Refuge4Pets does, and why it matters.
For many people experiencing domestic abuse, a pet can be the reason they stay. Refuge4Pets exists to remove that impossible choice — and this film genuinely helped them reach more people and strengthen the support they can offer.
It’s a privilege when storytelling can play a small but meaningful role in work like this, especially around Christmas, when pressures inside homes can intensify.

We found this big old mushroom while out on a walk with @oliverthepirate and his dog, Rocky, after a shoot we had with @wonderfulwildwest .
I've really been enjoying this new Laowa lens, it's super wide (10-20mm) but focuses really close, it's allows you to get these really interesting perspectives of close and wide, so you can get under your subject, making this 6 inch mushroom look 6 foot! I put a little light behind it to exaggerate the sunset behind and bring out the details on the gills
Makes you feel like you're Alice in wonderland 🤩

The Great Apple Harvest of Manor Woods.
This was a lovely little film to make, I heard about it through @green_bs13 and @manorwoodsvalleygroup , who do it every year.
They gather the apples of the "Hidden Orchard", which then get taken away to get pressed, turned into apple juice for volunteers, food banks, and to sell. Watch to the end to hear the interesting history of how it sprang up!

These guys were bad ass, this episode was a cool one too film, with bat caves, black rhinos and filming the Maasai doing their classic jumping around the fire.
